Begin your practice by arriving in the body and connecting with the rhythm of your breath. This class blends traditional Hatha yoga postures with calming pranayama techniques to create balance between movement, breath, and awareness. We begin with gentle pranayama to settle the mind, expand the breath, and prepare the body for practice. From there, we move through a series of mindful Hatha yoga postures designed to improve flexibility, build steady strength, and support healthy alignment. The extended time allows space to slow down, explore each posture with awareness, and deepen the connection between breath and movement. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and grounded - ready to move through the rest of your day with clarity and ease.
